The Agreement outlines Vendor's participation as a vendor at the event, ensuring compliance with event rules and regulations. Vendor commits to release and indemnify Chrome in the Sand Festival Management, its officials, agents, employees, and volunteers from claims or damages arising due to Vendor's actions, except for Chrome in the Sand Festival's sole negligence. Both parties acknowledge their responsibilities under this Agreement. Buy submitting this payment form, I agree to abide by the vendor/exhibitor guidelines and agreement.
